Cookie Policy
Effective date: 11 July 2026
Effective date: 2026-07-11. This Cookie Policy explains how SunVolt Energy UAB (Reg. No. 307557122, Beržų al. 1, Samylų sen., Kauno r., LT-53118, Lithuania) uses cookies and similar technologies on the SunVolt Club website (club.sunvoltenergy.eu) and the corporate website (sunvoltenergy.eu). It describes the categories of cookies we use, the fact that non-essential cookies load only after you give consent, and how you can manage or withdraw that consent at any time.
1. Who operates these websites
The websites are operated by SunVolt Energy UAB, a company registered in Lithuania under Reg. No. 307557122, with its registered office at Beržų al. 1, Samylų sen., Kauno r., LT-53118, Lithuania. You can reach us by email at [email protected], by phone at +370 636 83720 (Lithuania), +34 624 354 292 (Spain) or +40 341 402 403 (Romania).
This policy applies to both websites we operate: the corporate site sunvoltenergy.eu and the SunVolt Club membership platform club.sunvoltenergy.eu.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit it. They let the website remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you do not have to re-enter them each time you return or move between pages.
We also use similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits provided by third parties. In this policy we refer to all of these collectively as cookies.
Cookies can be set by us (first-party cookies) or by a third party whose service we use on our pages (third-party cookies). They can last only for the duration of your visit (session cookies) or remain on your device for a defined period (persistent cookies).
3. Categories of cookies we use
We group cookies into three categories according to their purpose.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They enable core features such as page navigation, security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choices, and keeping the checkout and account areas working. Because they are required to deliver the service you have asked for, they are set without prior consent and are not covered by the consent banner. They do not store information that identifies you for marketing purposes.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our websites, for example which pages are most visited and whether visitors encounter errors. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. The information is used in aggregated and statistical form to improve the content and performance of the sites. Analytics cookies are non-essential and load only after you give consent through the consent banner.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel)
These cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant messages on third-party platforms. We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms. Marketing cookies are non-essential and load only after you give consent through the consent banner.
4. Consent for non-essential cookies
When you first visit either website, a consent banner is displayed. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) do not load until you accept them. Strictly necessary cookies are the only cookies active before you make a choice, because the site cannot work without them.
You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose which categories to allow. Your choice is recorded so that we can respect it on future visits. If you do nothing, non-essential cookies remain inactive.
5. How to manage or withdraw your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it. You have the following options.
- Reopen the cookie settings from the link in the website footer and update your preferences.
- Clear the cookies stored by our sites, which will cause the consent banner to appear again on your next visit.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when a site tries to set one.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it. If you block strictly necessary cookies through your browser, some parts of the websites may not function correctly.
6. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them.
Retention periods vary by cookie and by provider. Strictly necessary cookies are kept only for as long as needed to deliver the service. Analytics and marketing cookies are kept for the periods defined by the respective providers, after which they expire unless renewed by a further visit with consent in place. Your recorded cookie choice is kept so that we do not ask you again on every visit, and it is refreshed or cleared when you update your preferences.
7. Third parties
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we include on our websites. These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
- Google (Google Analytics 4), for audience measurement and site improvement.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel), for advertising measurement and audience building.
We do not control the cookies set by these third parties. Where a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is involved, it is carried out under the safeguards provided by the relevant provider. More detail on the legal bases, retention, and your rights is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove a tool or when the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
