SunVolt Club Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 11 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your membership of SunVolt Club, the business-to-consumer membership programme operated by SunVolt Energy UAB at club.sunvoltenergy.eu. Please read them carefully before you enrol. By completing enrolment and paying the annual membership fee you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Effective date: 2026-07-11.

SunVolt Energy UAB is a European EPC contractor specialising in turnkey photovoltaic (PV) projects, executed through certified subcontractors.

SunVolt Club is a B2C membership programme addressed to natural persons resident in the EU and EEA, launched initially on the Romanian market, including the Romanian diaspora across the EU. These Terms form a distance contract between you (the "Member") and the Operator.
VAT registration of the Operator is being finalised. Until commercial launch and confirmation of VAT registration, the paid checkout stays on waiting-list mode and no membership fee is charged. Paid enrolment activates at commercial launch, when these Terms and the applicable price and tax details apply in full.
2. The membership and the annual fee
Membership of SunVolt Club is acquired by completing enrolment on the Club platform and paying an annual membership fee of 99 EUR. Membership is an annual subscription that renews automatically.
The fee of 99 EUR covers 12 months of membership from the enrolment date and, unless you cancel, renews automatically for a further 12 months at the end of each period. The following applies to the membership fee:
- It is an annual subscription of 99 EUR that renews automatically every 12 months. At the end of each 12-month period your payment method is charged 99 EUR for the next 12 months, unless you have cancelled beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time from your account, through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your membership then remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed again.
- Cancelling does not refund the current period, which stays active until it ends. A refund applies only where a statutory right, such as the right of withdrawal in Section 9, gives you one.
- Before each renewal we send you a reminder by email, so that you can decide whether to continue or to cancel before the next charge.
- The membership fee cannot be paid in instalments. Each annual period is due in full at the start of that period.
The membership fee purchases the package of member benefits described in Section 3 and the right to apply for the SunVolt Green Home Award described in Section 6. It does not purchase any award or prize, and it does not guarantee that you will receive an award.
Instalment financing is available only for the purchase of a PV system, never for the membership fee, and only through licensed banking or non-banking financial institution (IFN) partners. This is described in Section 8.
3. Member benefits
Active membership entitles you to the following benefits, which have their own standalone value independent of the SunVolt Green Home Award:
- A credit of 250 EUR applicable to any PV system contracted through SunVolt, on the terms set out in Section 4.
- A professional energy assessment: a personalised report delivered within 48 hours of completing the energy questionnaire (Section 5).
- Member pricing on turnkey PV systems.
- Access to group-buying rounds organised twice a year, aggregating member demand to negotiate volume prices.
- Discounts at partner distributors of panels, inverters and batteries, through member codes.
- An annual Energy Check-in: a yearly review of your consumption.
- A digital guide and access to webinars.
- Guidance on financing and grant applications.
- Priority member support.
- Eligibility to apply for the SunVolt Green Home Award (Section 6).
Benefits that depend on a physical installation are available within the delivery area covered by our installer network, as explained in Section 7. Digital benefits, such as the energy assessment, the digital guide, webinars and member support, are available to Members across the EU and EEA.
4. The 250 EUR enrolment credit
As a member benefit, you receive a credit of 250 EUR that can be applied to reduce the price of any PV system you contract through SunVolt. The credit works as a conditional discount and is subject to the following terms:
- The credit is valid for 24 months from your enrolment date. This 24-month validity is independent of whether you renew your membership, so the credit remains usable even if your membership lapses within that window.
- The credit is non-transferable. It can only be used by the Member to whom it was issued.
- The credit is non-redeemable for cash. It has no cash value and cannot be paid out, refunded or exchanged for money.
- The credit applies to a PV system contracted through SunVolt and is deducted from the system price at the time of contracting.
- The credit can be used once and is not combinable with itself. Whether it can be combined with other specific offers is stated in the offer concerned.
- If the PV contract is cancelled or withdrawn, any credit applied to it is reinstated for the remainder of its original 24-month validity, and is not converted into cash.
The credit is a genuine benefit with its own value and is not conditioned on any random element or on winning the Award.
5. Professional energy assessment, group buying and partner discounts
Energy assessment
After you complete the energy questionnaire on the Club platform, we prepare and deliver a personalised energy assessment report within 48 hours. The report is an informational and advisory document based on the data you provide. It helps you understand your consumption profile and the indicative sizing of a suitable PV system. It is not a binding technical design, a guarantee of savings, or an offer to contract, and any final system is subject to a separate site assessment and contract.
Group-buying rounds
Twice a year we organise group-buying rounds that aggregate member demand so that we can negotiate volume pricing with suppliers and subcontractors. Participation is optional. Prices, timing and available configurations depend on supplier conditions at the time of each round and are communicated in advance.
Partner discounts
We provide member codes for discounts at partner distributors of panels, inverters and batteries. These discounts are offered by the partners on their own terms. Availability, discount levels and product ranges depend on each partner and may change. SunVolt is not the seller in those partner transactions and is not responsible for products purchased directly from a partner.
6. Eligibility for the SunVolt Green Home Award
Active members are eligible to apply for the SunVolt Green Home Award, an annual awards programme in which one member is awarded a complete residential PV system, supplied and installed end to end, free of charge. The value of the awarded system is capped by the official Award Rules for each edition (indicatively 6,000 to 10,000 EUR for the 2027 edition).
The winner is selected by a jury, on the basis of application files submitted by members and published scoring criteria, which assess the property situation, the energy consumption profile, the motivation and the expected impact. The jury composition is published and its decision is documented with reasons.
- Selection is made purely on merit, against published criteria. There is no random element of any kind in the selection.
- Submitting an application is free and open to all active members.
- The membership fee gives you the right to apply for the Award. It does not buy the awarded system and does not guarantee any award.
- The full conditions, calendar, scoring grid, jury composition and value cap are set out in the separate official SunVolt Green Home Award Rules, which govern the Award and prevail over any summary given here.
7. Delivery area and territorial availability
Membership is open to natural persons across the EU and EEA. However, the benefits that require a physical installation, including the turnkey PV system, on-site works and the awarded system under the Green Home Award, can only be delivered within the geographic area covered by our network of certified installer subcontractors. At launch this network covers Romania, and it may be extended over time.
You are responsible for checking, before you enrol, whether your location falls within the current delivery area. We describe the current coverage transparently on the Club platform and will confirm it on request.
Digital benefits, including the energy assessment report, the digital guide, webinars, financing and grant guidance and member support, are available to Members across the EU and EEA regardless of installation coverage.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SunVolt is not liable for the unavailability of physical installation benefits in territories that are outside the current installer coverage. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal under Section 9, and does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you enrol from a territory outside the installation coverage, you retain full access to the digital benefits and to Award application eligibility, and you may exercise your right of withdrawal on the usual terms.
8. Instalment financing for PV systems
The purchase of a PV system can, where you wish, be financed in instalments. This financing is provided only for the PV system and never for the membership fee.
- The credit is granted by licensed banking or non-banking financial institution (IFN) partners, on their own terms and subject to their own eligibility assessment and approval.
- SunVolt is not the lender. SunVolt does not itself grant credit and does not decide whether financing is approved.
- SunVolt acts only as a point of contact that may present or refer you to financing partners. The financing contract is concluded directly between you and the financial institution.
- The cost of credit, interest, fees and repayment terms are set by the financial institution and disclosed by it before you are bound, in accordance with applicable consumer credit law, including Directive (EU) 2023/2225 (CCD2) as it becomes applicable from November 2026.
You should read the financing partner's pre-contractual information carefully. Borrowing money costs money. The decision to take financing is yours and is made with the financial institution, not with SunVolt.
9. Right of withdrawal and early performance
As a consumer entering into a distance contract, you have the right to withdraw from your membership within 14 days, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the corresponding national law. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded (the day of enrolment).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected]. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided on the Club platform, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Express consent to early performance
The energy assessment report is delivered within 48 hours of your completing the questionnaire, which is inside the 14-day withdrawal period. If you ask us to begin providing the membership services before the end of the withdrawal period, you will be asked to give your express prior consent to that early start and to acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
- If you gave express consent to early performance and you then withdraw before the services are fully performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the moment you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
- If the services have been fully performed after your express prior consent, and you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal on full performance, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- If you did not request early performance, and you withdraw within the 14-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of the membership fee, made using the same means of payment you used, without undue delay.
This section does not affect any other statutory consumer rights you may have. Full details and the standard withdrawal form are set out on the dedicated Right of Withdrawal page.
10. Your account, conduct, suspension and termination
To use the Club you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred or resold.
When using the Club you agree not to:
- provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in the energy questionnaire or an Award application;
- use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts or our systems;
- misuse member codes, credits or benefits, or attempt to convert them into cash.
We may suspend or terminate your membership if you materially breach these Terms, if you provide fraudulent information, or where required by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and, where the breach can be remedied, an opportunity to remedy it. If we terminate for a serious breach attributable to you, the membership fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the period, without prejudice to your statutory rights. You may stop using the Club at any time, and you may exercise your right of withdrawal as set out in Section 9.
11. Limitation of liability and changes to these Terms
Limitation of liability
We provide the membership services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SunVolt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profit, or for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including supplier conditions, financing decisions taken by third parties, grid or authority approvals, and the accuracy of information you provide. The energy assessment is advisory and does not guarantee any specific level of savings or system performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited. This limitation of liability does not affect your rights under Sections 7 and 9.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms to reflect changes in the law, in our services, or in operating conditions. We will publish the updated Terms on the Club platform with a new effective date. For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations during an active membership period, we will give you reasonable prior notice by email or through the platform. If you do not accept a material change, you may end your membership on the terms available to you, including, where applicable, your right of withdrawal. Continuing to use the Club after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law, dispute resolution and contact
These Terms and your membership are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where the Operator is established. This choice of law does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence, which continue to apply in your favour under Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). As a consumer you also benefit from EU consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, as transposed into Lithuanian law and into the law of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve it amicably. If we cannot resolve it directly, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania; as a consumer, you also keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you are habitually resident, under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis). For an out-of-court settlement, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt, or the competent consumer-protection authority and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in their own country of residence. Members resident in Romania may also address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
For any question about these Terms or your membership, contact SunVolt Energy UAB at [email protected], +370 636 83720 (Lithuania), +34 624 354 292 (Spain) or +40 341 402 403 (Romania).
